Startup Delayer - Эта утилита окажется полезной всем, у кого при старте системы загружается много программ: Startup Delaye позволяет выставить этим программам задержку на запуск. Тем самым старт Windows получится более ровный и быстрый, ведь без использования этой утилиты операционная система пытается при старте запустить все программы сразу, на что у нее уходит и время, и силы. Да и жесткий диск в этом случае меньше напрягается.
